Taking a new step toward succession and success, Don Puccetti teamed up with long-time employee Chris Lampien to become partners in ownership and management of GLRC. Lampien had been director of sales, overseeing both the Germantown sales team and providing guidance/oversight to the other Sales managers at the other branches.

We have outgrown our Madison branch and have been leasing, so we built a new building to allow us to better service our clients. Having a larger branch allows us to hold more inventory of materials/supplies which reduces lag time in receiving shipments from our Materials Hub in Germantown. It also allows us to house a crane and better service clients further west and south, continuing to stretch our service area and meet the roofing needs of customers across the Midwest.
