The whole team did a fantastic job, from Randy, to Gary and his crew as well as Patty keeping me informed. Thank you all for the great job all of you did!

We had a roof leak, and the first visit didn't quite solve it, but they really came through. They sent another crew who carefully found every issue and fixed it at no extra cost. They even followed up to make sure we were satisfied and everything stayed dry. Professional, responsive, and thorough. Highly recommend! Want it shorter or more casual? From talking on the phone to talking with the inspector checking the roof for any work needed
And the fellas doing the repairs. 10 out of 10.
Easy to talk with. Awesome at explaining what was needed and what work was done. Nancy, the field manager, who i have met with multiple times was punctual, professional and vary informative. And everyone was vary friendly.

This is my second experience with Great Lakes Roofing. It was as wonderful this time around as the first. The crew they sent out was efficient, polite and very respectful I would recommend them to anyone. This is a first class company. They treat everyone well. Ok

GLR has been servicing all of our Credit Union branches for years now. From roof reapirs to brand new flat top roof installation, I couldn't be happier with the service they provide and will continue using them for years to come.

Edit 9/28/26 : They continue to impress, thank you for taking care of us!

We got great service from Great Lakes Roofing. They accommodated us into their schedule to address our immediate needs. They had reasonable pricing and when the work was done the provided photos of everything. 100% would recommend in the future.

Christian from Great Lakes was super communicative and did a great job on some patching I needed at a warehouse that has a TOP roof. Highly recommend...
