Had to have repair work completed from the recent tornado and they did a great job taking care of everything. All of the staff from sales to the actual installers were very professional and did a great job in communicating with me. They quoted a price and even with some unexpected additional work were right on budget. Would definitely recommend them for your roofing work.

Great Lakes Roofing was very responsive to our needs at Congregational United Church of Christ in Neenah WI following tornado damage. They quickly repaired holes in the sanctuary roof and made a temporary weathertight covering for the broken steeple skylight.

I had several issues going on with my building and I loved working with this team. They made every step of the process easy from what they found in the inspection of my roof, scheduling, repairs, and the follow up after. They not only got my roof up to date on some repairs that were needed but were also able to modify my gutters to help with a preexisting issue that my building had. I would recommend them and use them again for any future needs.

We had Great Lakes perform maintenance on a 30,000sqft rubber flat roof. A crew came on-site for a whole day and fixed/patched areas of concern to prevent any future leaks. Alicia is great to work with! Riverside Place Condominiums

Zion Apartments - We contacted Great Lakes Roofing and they came out to assess the project. Very professional and a joy to work with. Their estimate was complete and thorough... no hidden costs and definitely was a competitive price for the job. From start to finish, we were communicated with and kept informed of the progress and needs along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better company to do this job. When they were done, you would never know that they were even here. Everything was cleaned up and left without a trace !!! Highly recommended!!!

Great Lakes Roofing has been in business for well over 40 years. One of the biggest reasons why we’ve been in business is because of our customer service.
Customer service is one of our company pillars at Great Lakes Roofing. That means that not only do we put an emphasis on it, but we train and we have a company pillar focused on customer service.

It’s not just about product; everybody has the “best” product. It’s really the process of what we do, from start to finish, when we look at a roof to come up with a customized project to fit the needs of not only the customer but the roof itself. From an inside salesperson talking to a customer making sure that they understand what they’re looking for –  to our outside sales going out and making sure that customer understands the full process of how Great Lakes goes about getting that roof put on. And then [the project] goes over to our operations side where we use the best products in the market that we feel will last the longest. We put warranties on [the roof] that are going to last for you.
And then, even when we’re done, we follow back up to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with that project.
So we’re constantly making touches with every customer that we have –  throughout the process.

We’ve had multiple repeat customers. We’ve had multiple customers who give us the feedback, the references, and the reference letters that help us grow.  For 41 years we’ve been able to live off getting that recommendation from our customers and getting those reviews that are going to show what Great Lakes is about and how we put on roofs.

To me, Great Lakes Roofing is a customer service-oriented company that puts on one hell of a roof! You can probably find a neighbor really close to your business that’s already done a project with us and ask them. And I know what the answer is going to be… – they’re going to be happy.
