We contacted Great Lakes Roofing to do some repair work on our church school building roof. They have been friendly and professional from the start. They kept us informed and the crew was efficient. They did have to come back a second time and found another area that needed repair. Thanks, we will use them in the future!

Great Lakes Roofing was hired to make repairs on one of our Storage-Mart properties, and did a great job. They came to the property to access the issues, gave us a proposal, and then made the needed repairs. We've had a couple rain showers so far, and it looks like the repairs worked.

I am General Manager of an industrial equipment manufacturer, Lakeside Water Treatment, in Milwaukee. I have had several needs to repair the roof, re-roof part of the manufacturing space along with repairs of some leaks in the other part of the structure. I was referred to Great Lakes Roofing by my predecessor who had used them and was very happy with the results. Every time I called them, I got a very quick response and visit from Randy Foss and the others at Great Lakes Roofing. The work has been completed on time as promised and the results were excellent each time. The men who came to do the work were also very informative showing me photos of the site before and after the work was done so that I did not need to get on the roof. We even installed new sky tubes that vastly increased the natural light in our plant. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Roofing for any type of industrial or commercial repair or roofing replacement.

Matt came out and did his normal routine of exceptional expertise by giving his professional advice. The crew showed up the next day and did an amazing job of fixing our leaks. Great Lakes Roofing has been in business for well over 40 years. One of the biggest reasons why we’ve been in business is because of our customer service.
Customer service is one of our company pillars at Great Lakes Roofing. That means that not only do we put an emphasis on it, but we train and we have a company pillar focused on customer service.

It’s not just about product; everybody has the “best” product. It’s really the process of what we do, from start to finish, when we look at a roof to come up with a customized project to fit the needs of not only the customer but the roof itself. From an inside salesperson talking to a customer making sure that they understand what they’re looking for –  to our outside sales going out and making sure that customer understands the full process of how Great Lakes goes about getting that roof put on. And then [the project] goes over to our operations side where we use the best products in the market that we feel will last the longest. We put warranties on [the roof] that are going to last for you.
And then, even when we’re done, we follow back up to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with that project.
So we’re constantly making touches with every customer that we have –  throughout the process.

We’ve had multiple repeat customers. We’ve had multiple customers who give us the feedback, the references, and the reference letters that help us grow.  For 41 years we’ve been able to live off getting that recommendation from our customers and getting those reviews that are going to show what Great Lakes is about and how we put on roofs.

To me, Great Lakes Roofing is a customer service-oriented company that puts on one hell of a roof! You can probably find a neighbor really close to your business that’s already done a project with us and ask them. And I know what the answer is going to be… – they’re going to be happy.
