With all the rain our organization had to utilize GLRC to assist with a small leak on a commercial building. They came out 24 hours after the report was initiated. Two techs diagnosed the problem and had us fixed in a little over an hour. The crew was professional, arrived early than expected, and let me know how they fixed the repair before leaving. The GLRC team called back the following day after an overnight rain to confirm the leak was fixed.

Our church building had an old flat roof that need a lot of repair. Great Lakes Roofing was responsive and helped us maintain that roof for several years, until we made a new plan for our aging building. All staff listened to our needs, didn't try to upsell us, were prompt and effective in their work! We appreciated their efficiency and customer service in every step of the process from scheduling to the roof repair to answering questions on billing.

I had two leaks at different areas in the plant. They were able to sneak us in last Thursday, before the big storm. Repairs were done in a prompt and professional manner. The main leak was over the main power panel for the plant. Repairs passed the wind, rain, downpour, and then snow. Great work for a fair price in a timely manner. Great Lakes Roofing has been fantastic to work with. We utilized them at our Azura location, where commercial flat roofs can be challenging due to the number of HVAC systems and equipment on the roof. The building had been vacant for years before being remodeled, so the roof required careful inspection and repair. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. What stands out most is their follow-up and follow-through—any time an issue arises, they respond quickly and come out to Azura right away. Highly recommend their team for commercial roofing needs.

Great Lakes Roofing has been in business for well over 40 years. One of the biggest reasons why we’ve been in business is because of our customer service.
Customer service is one of our company pillars at Great Lakes Roofing. That means that not only do we put an emphasis on it, but we train and we have a company pillar focused on customer service.


It’s not just about product; everybody has the “best” product. It’s really the process of what we do, from start to finish, when we look at a roof to come up with a customized project to fit the needs of not only the customer but the roof itself. From an inside salesperson talking to a customer making sure that they understand what they’re looking for –  to our outside sales going out and making sure that customer understands the full process of how Great Lakes goes about getting that roof put on. And then [the project] goes over to our operations side where we use the best products in the market that we feel will last the longest. We put warranties on [the roof] that are going to last for you.
And then, even when we’re done, we follow back up to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with that project.
So we’re constantly making touches with every customer that we have –  throughout the process.

We’ve had multiple repeat customers. We’ve had multiple customers who give us the feedback, the references, and the reference letters that help us grow.  For 41 years we’ve been able to live off getting that recommendation from our customers and getting those reviews that are going to show what Great Lakes is about and how we put on roofs.

To me, Great Lakes Roofing is a customer service-oriented company that puts on one hell of a roof! You can probably find a neighbor really close to your business that’s already done a project with us and ask them. And I know what the answer is going to be… – they’re going to be happy.
