This manufacturing facility opted to have its whole building re-roofed at one time. We installed over 240,000 sq. ft. of mechanically fastened roofing membrane. The pictures show the job’s progression, beginning with removing the rock that ballasted the old roof in place. We removed the old rock and roof as the new single-ply membrane was ready to be installed. Notice the “last section” to be completed was photographed from that far back side of the building. It had been a metal roof, and the lay-over process was only slightly different from the earlier portions.

This project showcases a very large warehouse’s roof replacement completed as one project. It also highlights our commercial roofing experts’ capabilities to make building additions and varying roof types appear seamless and cohesive.
